Autel China was off for Chinese New Year, they came back to work today.  I'm sure they are backlogged with emails and calls.  Give them some time to catch up.  Yes lately they are here in the forums and respond to emails quickly.

Chinese new year started 2/19 through 3/5. There has been no updates since 1/22.
This is a little ridiculus.

  It is very hard to have a backup team because everyone is off for Chinese New Year.  There is no vacation time there, the only vacation they get is Chinese New Year and they work six days a week at 12 hours a day.  The entire country is off, so where are you going to find a backup team.  To have a team elsewhere is not logical because then you need to have the engineers turnover everything their working on to someone else in another country and you know for sure there are going to be more bugs in the updates because it is impossible.  Just remember that all other scan tools update every quarter,  With Autel, as soon as they have fixes or added features, they send them out.

 My problem is that the new year started 2/19. The last update was almost a month prior to that. 1/22

 Hello guys, our engineers were busying with software for maxisys elite before the holiday, and now they turn to focus on maxisys update, and i am told that many updates will release in March. Let wait.
